Planning consent has recently been granted for this single storey rear extension in the Lee Manor Conservation Area. The scheme comprises a traditional 'closet wing', replacing the existing lean to and bomb shelter on site, with a large zinc clad pavilion.

Separate proposals for a zinc clad loft extension are currently being considered by the Planning Inspectorate.
