South Croydon

We have received Full Planning Consent for a 90sqm (970sqft) single storey extension to this Victorian Villa in South Croydon. 

Our approach was initially resisted by the client, however we managed to persuade them that their project shouldn't mirror their neighbour's application, which was submitted at the same time by an architectural technician; and was unfortunately refused.

Our scheme, which we hope to deliver on site this year, gives a significant improvement to the existing accommodation and is far more efficient; and critically, in the planner's eyes, was more considerately designed.

Accommodation comprised a vast family/ kitchen/ living room, laundry and guest bedroom and shower on the ground floor for the Grandparents.
